Game Settings Resetting on Epic Games Version

I'm having an issue where my game settings keep resetting every time I restart Dead by Daylight. I'm playing on the Epic Games version, and I've already tried verifying the game files, checking the configuration file permissions, and running the launcher as an administrator.

Nothing seems to work, and it's getting frustrating to have to redo my settings every time. Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution? Any help would be appreciated!
