Aura of the treated survivor is visible while the Death Bound is active

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Aura of the treated survivor is visible while the Death Bound is active.
When injured, the aura is invisible.I questioned my teammate and he said he could not see the aura.
Thus, it may be due to the combination with my lucky star.Lucky Star was not active and there were no other parks with visible auras.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
1.Recovering an injured survivor
2.After I scream, I go into a state of oblivion.
3.During the oblivious state, the aura of other survivors is visible.

As this picture shows, the lucky star is not active and no other players possess the perk to show the aura.
Nevertheless, the aura of other survivors is visible.
