Missing cosmetics after completing cross- progression

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: After completing cross-progression, not all of my cosmetics that I have on PS5 transferred over to my Steam account. Most of them did but there are still a bunch on my PS5 that are not shared on the Steam account.

PLATFORM:PS5 and Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Completed cross-progression successfully following the steps provided. Log into PS5 first to see certain cosmetics and then log into Steam to see those cosmetics missing.
