Skull Merchants Scan Line is sometimes not moving

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
I was trying out the new Skull Merchant and sometimes her one scan line is just not moving. The drone is standing still as if you had the Low Power Mode add on, even if you don't have it. Its inconsistent and I couldnt identify a pattern.
PLATFORM:
PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Launch the Game
- Play a match as the Skull Merchant
- Keep placing and recalling drones.
- Notice that in rare cases the drone beam does not move
