SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Noticed it in an Oni game while in chase with the obsession. Killers powers aren't triggering the game afoot haste effect on pallet break.

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

  1. Be in chase with the obsession.
  2. Break a pallet with a killer power or a perk (tested Chainsaws, Oni, Nemesis, and dissolution)
  3. Watch nothing happen

    They fixed Thwack bug in 8.3.1 but didn't fix the older Game Afoot bug.
