[The Pig] Reverse Bear Traps Visual Issue Upon Returning From the Void

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Reverse bear traps that are applied to a survivor disappear from the character model when returning from the Void. NOTE: The bear trap was not active at the time.
I was playing as default skin Lara Croft on Dead Dawg Saloon. I had searched three macabre containers already. My trap was not active at the time. Just a visual bug, seems as if gameplay still functioned normally.
PLATFORM: PC/STEAM
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Get Reverse Bear Trap Attached
- Went into the Void
- Deposited void energy & picked up crystal
- Exited the Void and my player model no longer had the bear trap on.
