Debuffs not showing correctly on survivors

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: killer perks triggering do not show bugs ending or starting on survivors correctly. IE; friends to the end with cause a scream, but no exposed, hexed effects will not be clensed even after totems are clensed. Weave Attunements icon staying in place even when youve picked up the item or moved away.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: just playing the game as survivor, mostly in the halloween event
