Where are the buffs for the least used and weakest perks?

There are perks that really need a buff for example Distressing, up the ante, pharmacy, hangman's trick, hex two can play, better together, septic touch, overwhelming presence, etc. There are many more perks that needs a buff but I know you got the stats so how difficult is it to make a good change for them?

    There are perks that really need a buff for example SH: Pain Res, Hang man's Trick, Distortion, Lethal, Dead Hard, STBFL, and Adrenaline, etc. There are many more perks that needs a buff but I know you got the stats so how difficult is it to make a good change for them?

    There, updated! Buff all these and everyone on both sides will be more happy than angry. :)

    Overwhelming presence: Remove the range requirement, now all you need to do for it to work is exist.

    Cut Loose: Shorten the cooldown, increase the activation duration and add a 5% vault speed boost.

    Hex: Two Can Play: make the blind take significantly longer, make it so it spawns on the first stun/blind and in return, make it so every time it respawns, the totem takes less time to break.

    BHVR has been rolling out plenty of buffs for weak perks. We've had a bunch this year alone. I don't get why you are complaining. BHVR can't do everything at once. It's called resource management.

    It's true there are a lot of perks that need help. They still haven't adjusted Monstrous shrine when they added more time on hook.
