Hatch is Impossible To Locate - Audio Bug

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I'm playing this game with perfectly working headphones, but I still can't hear the hatch during chases. The killer's chase music is so loud that I have to max out my volume, yet it makes no difference. I can only hear the hatch when I'm not in a chase. Sometimes I go down right in front of it because I don't even hear it. I'm one step away from deleting this game. I've lost at least 200 matches because of this bug. And yes, this is a bug. Why crank up the chase music so much? I just don’t understand.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Simply get chased for the hatch. You'll hear, or NOT.
