Medkit holding angle goes wonky when interacting

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
- While interacting with things in the event, the medkit will be held weird. See screenshots.

PLATFORM:
- PC but might be others too?

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Play Haunted by Daylight event.
- Use a medkit / spooky lunchbox.
- While interacting with things like the portals, medkit will sometimes be held on a 90' angle.
