Dracula nerf suggestion

He should get the same setback Legion used to have for no reason.
After hitting someone he should get a brief CD on on all his forms. I recently picked up dracula and addons aside it's incredibly dumb that he can hit someone then go into batform and catch up to them almost immediately as well as ignore most vaults/pallets.
Personally I think Bat form is the only one that needs a nerf but I understand BHVR like to over nerf so this seems reasonable. Maybe also remove scratch marks from bat as well so it's purely for map traversal as intended and not far better than Wolf when it comes to chasing someone down
