SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Challenge says blind the killer 0 times.

PLATFORM: PC STEAM

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I went to the archive, compendium and then tome 4 level 1.
