STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
While hooked, I noticed the bot was hiding for a long time in 1 spot. So I spectated the bot after dying. I do not know how to re-create it. The bot stayed there till the EGC finished.

- It didn't happen to me. It happened to the bot. So I don't think player logs are relevant here.
Scoreboard embedded as reference on killer faced and perks equipped.
