Not being able to play with friends

I recently cross-progressed my Xbox account and my stream account and after that I am unable to play with any friends as this error appears
I am unable to play with friends on both steam or Xbox , receiving or sending invites does not work
I am unable to add new friends or remove friends
Anyone encounter this issue and have a resolution
