Pharmacy....
As you know , this perk will receive changes soon.
However, I wanted to delve deeper into why Pharmacy receive changes.
1-Usage rate
In update 6.1.0, Pharmacy has been changed, so that it will always guarantee you a green med-kit when you are injured when opening the chest.
While the developers considered it a "Buff" it actually killed the perk identity and killed all synergy with Pharmacy and they made the entire perk only activate if you injured.
This change resulted in Pharmacy having the lowest perk usage rate ever.
2- Better alternatives
Current pharmacy aims to get a green med-kit to heal.
Well, why I don't use inner strength? all it takes is cleansing the totem at any time and I don't need to be injured, and I get a fast healing that can't be affected by any slow healing, and it can be used five times.
Literally Pharmacy is the worst version of inner strength.
I am enjoying writing this and imagining the upcoming changes to pharmacy.
[changing] When you open the chest using Pharmacy, you will receive a brown Med-Kit with half charges.
Note: This change is intended to encourage players to open multiple chests.

Is the [changing] portion your suggestion?
So: now I only get 1 &1/2 self-heals from Pharmacy?After spending time opening all three chests on the map, hoping no one navigates to them and having opened them already, and spending time opening chests, then spending time healing myself?

I actually somewhat enjoyed Pharmacy after its 6.1.0 change since it could be used multiple times and green medkits were really fast heals back then.
What killed the perk was when medkits were nerfed in 6.7.0. While I fully agreed with nerfing medkits and especially the green medkits as they were pretty busted on their own, Pharmacy didn't get any kind of compensation buff when this happened and it left the perk in a pretty terrible state.

No, that's not my suggestion. That's what I imagine the developers are doing with Pharmacy.

Just make it so it gives you a syringe instead.
