Returning to DBD again. How good is Knight now?
Been on a break from DBD for many months and back now seeing Knight was reworked. And also seen people having diffrent opinions about if he was buffed or nerfed, what is it? This guy Wolfe on youtube are on a 227 games win streak and said Knight is S-tier just that people don't understand how to play him. Now I guess any killer could be on a high win streak in the right hands but where would you put Knight in a killer tier list? Most seem to still have him as a pretty weak killer and mid-tier at the very best?
Looking forward to try him out now and Vecna + The Dark Lord neither of these killers was in the game last time I played.

He feels good now men! He has the nice bonus guard duration if you send long patrol paths, which makes assassin super deadly with the extra duation. He's got extra 2m map of the realm basekit. Can swap freely between guards, so if someones running around with a guard to keep it hostage you can just send out a different guard, which cancels the current one in the process. Plus you can use Carnifex to break a pallet and then immediately send a different guard.
Survivors can touch windows to trick your guards to run and touch it now though which is unfortunate.
I think he feels better than before! But he's still mid tier at best. But he feels good to play!

He's almost the same but slightly better, knight is not that strong

I don't think he is a high tier killer, even after his changes, but he is very fun to play!

He's higher then a lot will give him as they keep going to the 2 tap (Even with the faster despawning guards when he is near) instead of 2 chases at once or using guards to gen guard. Was changed to a much stronger map pressure over the old version.

Knight feels relentless like Dracula. Very thrilling to play against.

Lot of mixed opinions, but more positive side. MotR half was made base kit so don't have to relie on it every game now. Guards having their own separate cooldown is amazing. The longer the patrol path you make the quicker the guard appears and longer for the banner to appear rewarding long range summons.
There is a x3 faster depletion on guards if knight is to close to them makes sense to avoid unavoidable pincer attacks. The touching a window to fool guards bug was made into an official feature that no one asked for. The fat guard bad for chasing since his strength was given to jailer. There's also a minimum range now that the patrol path must be to summon a guard now to remove the insta drop and summon.

Outside of being an addon dependant killer, he's a monster at multitasking.
He can keep survivors ocupied whith Jailer while preasuring chase with carnifex, and using Assasin as the go to chase guard, specially if the survivor's cornered. His jailer Is also super good at catching survivors of-guard since his patrol path is so long.
However, make a mistake and you will be punished severely, since his cooldowns are insane

There's been some improvements, but the nerfs make him a bit weaker overall. A mid/low B tier killer made into a strong C tier. He's still playable, but is overall worse, and also still bugged as ever.

Thanks guys for your input! I have played Knight now 7 or 8 games I really like this rework choosing guard and if one can't find survivors you just take the next one out. You can put more pressure on gens now I like it. To me he feels a bit stronger so far. Although I probably will continue playing mostly survivor I think Knight will be my main killer for a while now 😀 I like the game now I was burned out I really needed that break DBD feels fun again.
I guess Knight is still pretty boring to go against? Having Jailer chasing you for so long lol not looking forward to that as survivor.
