Game crash on loading

Not always, but it often happens that after the perk screen when burned, on loading the game crashes.

Below my log

My pc specs
Ryzen 5800x3D
nVidia 4080 with latest nvidia drivers
Windows 11 24h2

    Turn off G-sync (or set it to "fullscreen only") via the nvidia control panel and see if that helps.
