SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The Doctor ability does not work while in the void even when next to survivor. (STATIC BLAST)

Static Blast only works if you have a terror radius.
In the void you are undetectable and so it doesn´t work. Same in base game, no blast without terror radius.
Your normal shock works.
