By their teacheables, alone or in a combo or even in a build and a little bit of how fun they are, should I purchase Leon or Jill?

In terms of fun - probably Leon. Flashbang is a pretty fun perk overall and can be quite uncounterable if setup correctly for flashbang saves. Bite the Bullet can also be used for some pretty memey (albeit unreliable) mid chase healing builds where the killer can't hear where you are mid chase and lose you.

Jill has got a fun perk in Blast Mine - a) because it's quite satisfying to see a killer get blast mined and b) it is useful for delaying the killer for gen kick perks.

Resurgence is also actually quite useful now for quick healing off hooks.

Not an easy choice, because both Blast Mine and Flashbang see play fairly frequently. If I were going purely for the edge on fun, I'd go for Leon.

Honestly go for both because cause 2 out of 3 of theie perks is solid , I guess rookie spirit is okish it is pretty much a survivor version of surveillance from pig. Counter force is so so if you love knocking out totems.

If we talking fun-wise, I like Jill better actually. She's got Resurgence which is amazing for quick heals off the hook and the infamous Blast-mine, Counterforce is bad but the other 2 perks make up for it.

Now, I like Leon just as a character to play as better but, in my opinion, Flashbang is the only good perk, which allows you to make a flash grenade whilst hiding in a locker, Bite the Bullet is like a watered down Iron Will with slight additions and Rookie Spirit is like a version of Surveillance made for Survivors instead.

If we're going for perks and how much fun you can have with them, I say Jill

If we're going based on just the character, I like Leon better, however, both aren't bad.
