[Pig] Dash very slow sometimes

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: This happened to me on multiple games while dashing with Pig, i thought this was intendend but no, Pig's dash is sometime randomly extremely slow for no reasons as shown in the video

    You need to hold forward key when doing the charge. If you don't that happens. Its always worked like that.
