Problem with a rift (Epic games)

I'm not sure if i should post it in bug reports or not. I had lvl 98 or 97 rift when i finally decided to bought premium. I got all skins except Dracula's final form and its deep rift variant and Soma's deep rift variant. So, the question is, how do i get them?

    Never heard of this before, but this is likely a personal bug, therefore your best bet would be to open a support ticket.
