Locker visual glitch + potentially stuck in locker

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
I was playing a match as normal and came across a survivor half in a locker.
PLATFORM:
PS5
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
I had just teleported using Dracula’s bat power, I had his Lapis Lazuli and Medusa's Hair add-ons equipped and the survivor had Quick and Quiet and was in a nearby locker, I waited but they never exited the locker so I eventually just opened it and grabbed them then let them wiggle free.
