Blast Mine Bug (in both of the current game modes)

When I use Blast Mine, sometimes it will not go off at all when the killer kicks the affected gen and will sometimes even explode right after the interaction to place it, doing nothing and you have to wait for the entire duration to work on a gen to get it back again. All of these will happen randomly with no pattern, tried multiple matches to test it on Steam.
