Scratch Marks do not appear after leaving smoke bomb

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

After entering the smoke sphere, leaving it leaves scratch marks invisible for the remainder of the trial.

All of the survivors have no scratch marks, not just Ada.

This has happened a few time before, that I do not have on tape.

PLATFORM: PC/STEAM

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURRED:

  1. Scratch marks appearing normally
  2. Enter smoke cloud, then leave
  3. Scratch marks are gone
