Stuck moving in place remaining of the trial

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Survivor gets stuck after throwing smoke bomb and unable to move out of place the remaining of the trial.
PLATFORM: PC/Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
1) Throwing smoke bomb near a corner of RPD in the STARS Office area by the generator
