Cant boot up the game

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: look i cant be the only person dealing with this ######### right now….i go to boot up the game and it shows the current tome and then nothing but black screen…its been 3 days whats going on? plus i dont know if my bhvr account is banned but i had to make a new one with my old email to make this post…i swear bhvr i better not lose all the dlc i bought

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:thats the thing i dont know how it happened…i finished playing a game with my friend and then i updated my windows 11 and every since i havnt been able to play…and my bhvr account is gone too…had to make an new account
