It has nothing to do with PTB however...

I would like Behavior to start thinking about buffing Killer chase perks, they are very useless, so anti gen perks and camping will always be meta

Brutal Strength- 40%
Bamboozle- 20%
Fire Up- Start at 5% and end at 30%
Superior Anatomy- 60%
Dark Arrogance- 20% Jump + 10% Strength (broken palet)

There are other perks but these would be the best option to try, there is no point in using chase perks if they are so weak
