Something similiar to bubba mask should exist

For those unaware, after killing one of the 4 survivors a set amount of times, bubba got the option to equip their skin as a head

As you can tell,this led to discrimination but the essence of the concept itself isnt impure

I feel if it was something else, like mikaelas hat or dwights glasses, instead of skin tone we could open this up to more than just bubba whilst preventing discrimination
