Buff idea for overcharge.

You are fuelled by your hate for progress.
When you overcharge a generator, the damage regression is applied to all generators on the map. (Does not apply to fixed gens and when the survivor is working on it.)
The next Survivor interacting with that Generator is faced with a moderately/considerably/tremendously difficult skill check.
Failing the Skill Check results in an additional 5 % Generator regression. Succeeding the Skill Check grants no progress but prevents the Generator explosion.

    Overcharge, make it so you get 3 tokens, everytime you kick a gen, you consume a token. Kicking a gen will result in an instant 25/30/35% regression (stacks with pop goes the weasel) also when a survivor touches the regressing gen they will be faced with a difficult skillcheck. This will make the perk more viable for the end game. You choose when to kick a gen. Kicking gens which are almost barely touched is just a waste of time anyways. Otherwise make it so it only consumes a token when you kick a gen which is over 50% or something.
