Blastmine not working as intended/bugged

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Blastmine did not stun or blind the killer, or myself for that matter when he kicked the gen.
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Put blastmine on the gen, Bubba kicked it with me right next to it, no stun, neither of us got blinded.
