Couldn't start the game: Error Code 30005

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I launch the game and I get the error pop up. attached in the photos
PLATFORM: Steam PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: It happens when ever I launch the game.

PLAYER LOGS: Can't get one
- Player logs are required from PC players only.
I have done the following troubleshooting already. Validate files integrity, check for updates, try launching in Administrative mode, uninstalled, reinstalled and repeated the fore mentioned steps.
This used to happed once in a while, I'd relaunch and it would work perfect. Now I haven't been able to get in for a week and I'm realy hoping to get in for the 2v8 before it's gone again.
