Players can get DC penalty because of cheaters or server crash

I just "played" a match where a cheater hooked every survivor right after loading screen. Two of survivors got hooked before we could move.

The game gives you DC penalty if you don't participate enough, I guess.

Sometimes this also happens after server crash.

    I didn't follow the template because it was irrelevant. The issue is not specific to some platform and you can't reproduce it unless you are a cheater or know how to make the server crash.
