Cannot pick up toolbox from chest in 2v8

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
After unlocking a chest, I was unable to obtain its contents. Every time I pressed the prompt to pick up the toolbox my character would twitch rapidly.
PLATFORM: PlayStation 5
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
I spawned in front of the chest and opened it immidetley. See video for interaction with toolbox.
