Iri shards as 2v8 incentive

Bloodpoints are nice, but lets be honest. After a certain point alot of players dont care too much about bloodpoints. I dont even spend mine anymore unless i need something.

I think a good option is through iri shards. either as an outright reward or bonus player exp to increase the speed you obtain them. I think this would drastically improve qeue times as iri shards are more sought after tahn blood points
