Constantly high sensitivity

Since the 2v8 update, my sensitivity has become incredibly high. Previously, I maintained my killer sensitivity comfortably at 35%, but since the update even having it at 0% makes it far too sensitive. Attempting to edit the config files directly produced no changes. The config files did not affect the in game sensitivity whatsoever. I have had to manually change my mouse's sensitivity in order to change it at all.
