2v8 scout and guide need nerfs.
If a medic uses the ability to heal someone by half all other medics have it go on a 30s cooldown to prevent instant healing. Same with Scout if someone rebuilds or lifts a pallet it goes all other scouts go on cooldown for 60s unless they make more unsafe loops and remove a good chunk of chained loops 60s is not long. If people are going to complain this isn't fair then go back to 2 of each class.

ok but also let's add 60 second cooldown on all survivor-revealing actions and 30s immunity between each killer hit to prevent double-tapping and insta downing survivors.
I wonder which side would complain more if they get the treatment they demand the other side to have.

Medic is slightly too strong. Guide is completely overtuned.
And make the catch-up mechanic apply to Survivor deaths, not hooks. It never should have been hooks.
