SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
I use the Xbox One S version of the game.
When the Lich kills a survivor using the "Recover Artifact" interaction, it does not grant progress towards tome challenges that require you to "Kill the Obsession by any means," such as the Obsessive challenges.
