SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: banned 3 hours for no reason

PLATFORM: ps4

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: tried to unhook and no one rescued me so died very quickly then banned for 3 hours!
