How exactly do we report cheaters?

My xbox won't let me report a blatant speed hack cheater, and given that I,have recorded footage, it is rather frustrating.
I actually think at this point that behaviour is actively discouraging reporting cheaters.
The xbox reporting system is simply too bad to be considered a serious attempt.
Do better, behaviour.

You need to sadly record proof when it happens I usually take my phone out record and explain the situation and make sure you have zoomed in on the name and I'd also mention the name. Then go through the website support. Also you should be able to click a thumbs up and down icon at the end screen on the end where the banner is and report them there also. It will pop up once hovered over. Usually they want both done.
