Controls reseating every time i launch the game on steam

Hello BHVR i have an issue with seatings reseating every time i open the game (Beginner mode ,heartbeat visual, subtitles, opacity of subtitles , Field of view , graphics reseating from ultra to low but it still says ultra so i have to put low graphics and then put ultra graphics so it would be ultra, controls being reseat from toggle to hold ,cross play image poping up everytime i load into dbd ,progression image poping up every time i load into the game , and killer and survivor sensitivity) . I was on epic now i am on steam i switched to steam a few weeks earlier on epic i had no issues like this. An
