I am experiencing initialization issues and being kicked out of lobbies

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: everytime I try to log on it tells me all these different types of codes and I can maybe get a match or two in per session
PLATFORM: PS4
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I load the game up, I get the error code and it was random starting yesterday
