How can I find out the exact reason for the temporary blocking?

I can only remember how I forced a person to go into the hatch on a killer, or took revenge on people with bad manners who did it first. I also want to know whether a ban forever is inevitable? If I played for a very long time, and I get banned for the fourth time after, say, 2 years after a third ban, then all my progress goes down the drain? Or can I demote something like this? Is it worth adding that the tightening of the ban will only be for a certain year and then reset? At least by one division (48hr>24hrs)
