SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Initialization error - on multiple devices and networks
PLATFORM: Xbox One, PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Attempting to log into game from two different Xboxes and PC. Attempted with different networks and VPN. All troubleshooting steps offered by customer service have been completed. Last email from customer service said, Sorry, that's all we can try. Please enjoy the game! Cannot login on account that has been used to stream DBD content for four years, three times a week. Save file on server side is corrupted. Needs to be either resest or repaired.
