SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When wounded survivor is downed while intoxicated, the survivors character stays standing up coughing, even though they are registered as "dying state" on the hud. You can pick up the character still. Happened to me couple of times when playing The Clown

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: One example; A wounded and intoxicated survivor was fast vaulting a pallet inside Crotus Prenn hallway, and mid vaulting hit the survivor to get them in dying state. But in other games, it also happened while they were just got hit by the Clown's bottle to get intoxicated and downed right after
