2v8 challenges not completing

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: first challenge selected in the 2v8 tome is not completing.
PLATFORM: Xbox One
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I have the challenge "complete s total of 6 of the following as survivor or killer: survivor: succeed at generator skill checks(s)" I saw the in game completion bar go from 1-6 and then turn gold as if completed. The challenge is still selected and unfinished with 0/0 progress. I tried in two trials, the first I was hooked twice and lost, the second I escaped. Both times I saw the in game completion bar go from 1-6 then turn gold.
