Switch keeps kicking out of matches

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: in 2V8, once a match finally loads in, I get bumped. After which I am no longer able to re-ready up. The ready button becomes grayed out and no longer shows me ready/in que. I have to shut down the whole device and restart to correct the issue
