2v8, Soft locked when getting picked up

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Both killers tried to pick me up at the exact same time, which caused one of them to carry me for the entire round.
PLATFORM: Xbox
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
I Was playing 2v8, and got downed. The huntress and spirit tried to pick me up at the same time, whiched caused the huntress to carry me for the rest of the game without getting hooked. She couldn't use her power, and was stuck like that until she went and picked me up again after everyone had left. She was able to hook me at the very end, but still a pretty obvious bug :P
