TERROR RADIUS: 32 meters
ALTERNATE TERROR RADIUS: 12(?) meters
HEIGHT: Tall
WEAPON: Scyhe & Sickle
Armed with a rusted Sickle, and a Scythe caked with dried blood, the duo has reaped many fields, as well as Souls..
Secondary Power first..
SECONDARY POWER: Straw Figure
Pressing the Secondary Power Button has The Scarecrow place a Straw Figure, an exact copy of himself, on the Map, up to 3 (maybe 4?).
The Figures exude a Supresses Terror Zone of X meters, and will prohibit Crows from spawning in its Vacinity of X meters.
Instead, Crows will Spawn more numerous and more frequently elsewhere on the Map.
Should The Scarecrow himself remain Stationary for at least X seconds, he will adopt the Figures' Supressed Terror Zone (ironic, he's mimicing his figures who are mimicing him), and will gain Haste for X seconds upon moving thereafter.
POWER: Murder of Crows (the name is taken IK)
Tapping the Primary Power Button has The Scarecrow Drain the Life from a targeted Crow bolstering his own Power and scaring away other Crows within X meters.
For every 3 Crows consumed, his Basic Attack gains X% increased Reach and Angle, but suffers X% increased Cooldown as well.
1 Stack for every 3 Crows.
Upon having Drained 5 Crows, The Scarecrow unlocks his ability to throw his Scythe.
Up to 15 Crows can be stored, and Throwing the Scythe costs 5.
Holding the Secondary Power Button for X seconds and releasing it, The Scarecrow will hurl his Scythe, spinning on a vertical axis to the target location.
When it reaches its max distance, the Scythe returns spinning with increased speed, and on a Horizontal Axis.
Tapping the Power Button during the flight out, will cause the Scythe to embed itself into the Earth.
It can be returned at will, or automatically after X seconds - the Scythe will move through Objects and terrain.
While the Scythe is in flight or embedded, he switches to his Sickle as a default Basic Attack (or loses the ability to attack altogether?)
The Scythe inflicts injury, but if timed perfectly, it could down a Survivor in a single use.
(Gathering Crows was originally meant as a mechanic for The Artist but was scrapped because of RNG)
MORI IDEA:
He plunges the blade of his Scythe into the chest of his victim, them hoists them up and plants the handle of the Scythe into the soil - he then sl1ts their throught with his Sickle.
