QoL Changes for Killers w/ Cooldown Abilities

Oftentimes, while playing a killer such as Nurse, Blight, or Wesker, one has to look down at the cooldown bar to know when the power fully recharges. This can be unnecessarily distracting and may lead to one losing track of a survivor being chased. A helpful solution to this distraction would be to provide an auditory cue that the killer's power has fully recharged.

This is already the case when using the torn bookmark addon on Nurse, in which an auditory cue is provided when her blinks are fully recharged. However, this is not part of her basekit, nor is it present on the majority of cooldown-based killers. Implementing this audio cue will assist newer players in learning the mechanics of the relevant killer, and will help advanced players retain focus while in chase.

All 3 killers you mentioned already have this feature. For Blight there is only an audio cue when the power is fully recharged (since you can't use his power without having all tokens), and for Wesker there is an audio cue when each token is recharged.

For Nurse it's a bit different - her power actually has a separate, unique audio cue for each individual token, and the audio cue gets more pronounced for each token. As a result, Torn Bookmark actually has a unique audio cue for the 3rd blink being recharged that you normally never hear otherwise as she typically only gets 2 blinks.
