SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Hook upstairs by stairwell causses messed up vision after been hooked

PLATFORM: Xbox

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I was hooked by chucky and i couldnt see anything, other hooks worked fine
